What We Do
Find Specialists
Search our directory of over 10,000+ Australian specialists by name, specialty, suburb, or postcode. All specialists are listed in accordance with AHPRA registration.
Verified Reviews
Every review on DoctorBay is manually verified by our team. We confirm that reviewers are genuine patients before any review goes live, ensuring you read only authentic experiences.
Accurate Information
Practice locations, phone numbers, and specialist qualifications are regularly updated. Doctors can claim their profiles and keep their information current.
Our Review Verification Process
Unlike many review platforms, DoctorBay takes the authenticity of reviews seriously. We accept reviews verified in three ways:
- ✓Email Verification: Patients confirm their review via a verification link sent to their email address.
- ✓Receipt Verification: Patients submit a medical receipt or appointment confirmation as proof of their visit.
- ✓Practice Verification: In some cases, the practice itself confirms that the reviewer is a genuine patient.
For Specialists
DoctorBay is free for all specialists listed in our directory. We list doctors based on their AHPRA registration and publicly available information. Specialists can claim their profile at no cost to:
- → Update their practice information, qualifications, and biography
- → Respond to patient reviews professionally
- → Display their languages spoken and special clinical interests
- → Receive a “Verified Practice” badge visible to patients
- → Share a personalised QR code for patient review invitations
